God’s No
And when in love and wisdom
[God] withholds my heart’s request
His “no” means “something better”.
He will give me what is best.

His “no” means “something better”.
He will give me what is best.
We live in a sinful, fallen world; therefore, we will never escape the effects of mankind’s sinfulness on our lives. But God will be with us, He will strengthen us, if we call on Him, “fear not”.
“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed;
We are perplexed, but not in despair;
Persecuted, but not forsaken;
Cast down, but not destroyed”
~ 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
We can proclaim God’s faithfulness in the storms of life, when we have been through those storms leaning on Him.
When The LORD goes before us, He leaves a Trail of Triumph for us to walk in: as long as we follow Him, as long as we walk in the paths He has laid out, we cannot fail.
A godly man often grows best when his worldly circumstances decay. He who follows Christ for his bag is a Judas; they who follow for loaves and fishes are children of the devil; but they who attend Him out of love to Himself are His own beloved ones.
Many times the troubles we have been through, and how we persevered through them, can be an encouragement to those going through similar situations. When we share the experiences we have had, it makes others who are currently going through them, feel as though they are not alone.
It is while our hearts are ripped open and raw from sorrow that God can finally reach past the barriers to touch the core of our being.
