The Deception of Disobedience
Are God’s blessings available to those living outside of God’s will? Are God’s blessings available to those who have no intention to obey His Word?

Many years have passed by and we haven’t accomplished much beyond the foundations of our faith.
It is time for us to evaluate our performance.
Have I done what God has called me to do? Have I even tried? God is well aware of the particular challenges each of us faces. But He still requires faithfulness.
It takes work, it takes effort to love each other. It takes work to be fair to each other, to treat each other justly/fairly. BUT this is how Believers, the People of God, become a blessing among the heathen.
When someone in need crosses the path of a Believer, there must be fruit available for their hunger… We must be the fig trees that bear in season and out of season.
…if we refuse to fight the giants that stand between us and the place, the person, God wants us to be then we will live in the “wilderness” for the rest of our lives.
1. Don’t miss the boat.
2. Try to remember that we’re all in the same boat.
3. Plan ahead. It wasn’t raining when Noah built the ark, you know…
…God is actively protecting us from the influence and consequence of evil in the world around us. Therefore, if we love anything that is evil we are striving against God’s work in our lives. That is, we are holding on to evil instead of allowing God to eliminate its influence from our lives.
Believers must never allow the affairs of earth to distract us from our purpose here, which is attending to the interests and affairs of God as they pertain to this world.
We can’t understand how God decides the day of our death. We don’t know when our own finish line will come. But we should all live in such a way that when we come to the finish line of our life there will be no unfinished business, no works our Father assigned to us that we’ve left undone.
By example and precept Jesus stated the purpose of a purpose driven life for all of His followers for all time. Our purpose is to glorify God.
